I would just like to take this opportunity to remind you of my cancellation policy which is as follows:
- No fee payable if appointment is cancelled before 48 hours (2 days) of session time.
- Half fee payable if appointment cancelled between 48 & 24 hours of session time.
- Full fee payable if appointment cancelled within 24 hours of session time.
